ShipmentAfter our team finishes setting up and optimizing your rig, it will be shipped out to you. Shipping and insurance is complimentary for each of our orders. Generally the entire order and delivery process takes 10-14 days from the date the wire was received. Local Pick up available in Miami.

Product Warranty
When a customer purchases a rig from pickaxe mining, a 1 year warranty is provided for the rig. In the event that one of the components of the rig goes out, Pickaxe will replace the component if the rig is being hosted or send out a replacement if the rig is at a customer’s location. The warranty covers component faults due to manufacturer error. The warranty covers all of the components other than the GPU’s. In the event that a GPU goes out, it will be up to the customer to cover the cost of a replacement. The warranty does not cover fire, drops, liquid damage, earthquakes, other natural causes or any damages caused by the customer.
